Dear Friends of the Zen Buddhist Meditation Group
Our Fortnightly Sessions commence at 1800hrs. We meet at 5.45pm outside the school and we commence our practice at 18.00 sharp.
Notes:
1. It is recommended that you wear loose clothing for comfortable sitting.
2. Whoever finds it difficult to sit cross legged for a lengthy period of time may bring a wooden chair or use one of the school benches.
3. Suggested Contribution per session is €3 - Thank you.
