This site was set up to provide information about meditation sittings happening in Malta. We hope it links us up with those interested in practicing mindfulness and meditation.
We welcome all who want to learn more about meditation. Our small group of practitioners is committed to Zen practice and teachings. People from all over Malta come to try meditation, learn about mindfulness and more importantly, to learn how to do sitting meditation (zazen) well.
Schedule of Practice
We usually meet fortnightly on a Thursday from 6:00pm till 8:30pm during which there will be time for meditation, talks and optional Qs & As to the teacher.

Zafus and Zabutans
Please be aware that Sodo has a number of sitting cushions (zafus) and mats (zabutans) for sale at €25 and €35 respectively.
